Response, usable torque and a calibration matched to the actual hardware.

Your workshop. Our expertise. Custom tuning files for the road, the field and everything the working day demands.
01 / The file service
A daily-driven car, a loaded truck and a tractor working for hours do not need the same calibration. Neither do two vehicles with different software, hardware or maintenance histories.
BlagTuning works with remapping professionals through a dedicated file portal. Tell us what you have read, what has changed and what the vehicle needs to do. That is where the work starts.
Inside our approach02 / Applications
The objective changes with the application. Our starting point does not: understand the original system and the conditions it has to handle.

Response, usable torque and a calibration matched to the actual hardware.
Explore the application
Workload, sustained load and operating conditions come before a headline power figure.
Explore the application
A practical approach to drivability, load and the demands of daily operation.
Explore the application03 / Vehicle reference configurator
Explore original figures, indicative Stage 1 ranges and available ECU information. Use the result to start a technical discussion—not as a guaranteed output.
Catalogue references, not a dyno test or a compatibility guarantee. The bars compare reported peak values, not RPM curves. Figures and units retain the limitations of the original sources; differing figures appear as ranges. ECU lists may contain alternatives. Confirm the physical ECU, software, hardware and mechanical condition before proceeding.
04 / From read to result
Keep the original, the request, the returned file and the follow-up together in the dealer portal.
Start with the exact ECU, software identification, reading tool and hardware configuration.
Create a request in the dealer portal. Include your objectives and any relevant diagnostic information.
We review the request and prepare the calibration around the agreed application and constraints.
Write with the correct procedure, log the vehicle and keep follow-up with the original request.
Not a standard calibration request? For bespoke strategies, multimaps or ECU development, send the technical brief before ordering a file.

No. A model selection is a starting reference. We still need the actual ECU identification, original file, tool details and hardware information before confirming a job.
No. Figures are indicative references. Software, fuel, vehicle condition, modifications and measurement conditions all affect the outcome. Where source values differ, the configurator displays a range.
Turnaround depends on the request, supported software and current workload. Confirm timing in the portal before promising delivery to your customer. Custom development requires a separate scope.
No. Investigate faults and confirm the vehicle condition before requesting a calibration. Describe the intended use and applicable requirements in the technical brief.
Bring us the original file, the hardware details and a clear objective.
